The firm was formed in 1991 to provide an array of legal services to businesses and families in the north Louisiana area. A native of Shreveport, Mr. White provides counsel and representation to new businesses, and in the area of commercial litigation, business disputes, debt collection services and the representation of businesses in bankruptcy-related matters. A native of Shreveport, and practicing law since 1981, Mr. White also provides assistance to families in protecting families and providing for their needs in the areas of Interdiction services, Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, Probate and Succession matters.

A veteran of twenty-five years of military service, Mr. White retired from the Louisiana Army National Guard in 1999 and is familiar with veteran-related matters. He is a frequent lecturer in the areas of estate planning, Medicaid planning, and collection services for businesses. He practices in the local, state and federal courts of north Louisiana, and is engaged in a variety of services in the Shreveport locale, and serves a deacon in the Trinity Baptist Church in Shreveport. He is an attorney of Alliance Defending Freedom, and serves as Chairman of a hearing committee for the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board. He occasionally sits as an Ad Hoc Judge in Shreveport City Court. He and his wife have been married for forty years and are the parents of four children.
