Mission Statement
The goal of the firm is to be a technologically advanced law firm providing an array of legal services but emphasizing the areas of Creditor Rights, Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy representation from the creditor perspective.


Coverage
The firm provides client services throughout the entire state of Louisiana. The firm maintains affiliations with attorneys in all fifty states through various organizations. We are able to forward claims (through Electronic Data Interchange ("EDI") and/or manually) and monitor them for clients with multi state claims.


Affiliations
The firm is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the Commercial Law League of America, Chambers of Commerce for Shreveport and Bossier City, and various creditor associations. Mr. White is a frequent lecturer for trade and business associations regarding creditor rights and collection practices.


Operations
Our goals are accuracy, speed and quality representation. Our "Collection Partner" technology streamlines the collection process generates critical documents in optimal time, thereby allowing us to maximize returns for our clients with minimal delays. We also have the ability to receive claims and give status reports via EDI for clients with volume claims. This technology allows us to work claims quickly with increased accuracy and detail. Some prior coordination is necessary to ensure a proper interface of data systems.


Compensation
Fee arrangements are based upon information provided by the client, average balance, volume, placement method and other factors unique to each client. Contingency, flat, combination and hourly rates are available.


Profile
 Walter "Doug" White is a native of Shreveport and holds a bachelor degree from the University of Mississippi and a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University. In practice since 1981, he has a wealth of legal experience before the local, state and federal courts of Louisiana. A veteran and retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Louisiana Army National Guard, Doug is also engaged in community, political and religious projects.
